These terms apply to every order placed on cavarli.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Cavarli is operated by Wimaty Ecommerce, a general partnership registered in the Netherlands.

We answer within one business day. Please write to us by email rather than visiting the address, as we do not operate a shop or collection point there.

Products

We do our best to show colours and textures accurately, but screens differ and natural fibres vary slightly from piece to piece. Small differences between the photograph and the item you receive are not a defect.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency, converted from euro at the current rate. The rate is set at checkout and that is the amount charged.

Prices include VAT where we are required to charge it. They do not include import duties or taxes outside the European Union. See our shipping page.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.

Discounts

Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your cart. Only one automatic discount applies per order. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Orders and payment

A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if an item is unavailable, or if a price was listed in error. In those cases you get a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallets shown there. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery times on this site are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Care

Follow the care guidance on the product page. Damage caused by improper washing, drying or storage is not a defect and is not covered.

Intellectual property

All text, photography and design on this site belong to Cavarli or our suppliers. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

Disputes

Write to us first, we would rather fix it. Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version live at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
