Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, with no minimum and no hidden fees. This applies to all countries we sell to.

Processing and delivery

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days from the moment you order.

Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend start processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, customs checks and local carrier delays can add a few days. If your order is running noticeably late, write to us and we will chase it for you.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the first scan appears. Until then the link may show no movement, which is normal.

Import duties and taxes

Prices on this site do not include import duties or local taxes outside the European Union.

If you order from outside the EU, your country may charge duties, VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are your responsibility as the importer. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due before delivery.

Within the European Union no additional charges apply.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully before paying. We can only change an address if the order has not yet been dispatched, so contact us quickly if something is wrong. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, but the reshipment is at your cost.

Split shipments

If your order contains items from different locations, they may arrive separately. You are never charged more than once.
