Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide and shipping is free on every order. Orders are prepared within one business day and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We send you the return address and instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further five to ten business days to appear.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. In those cases we cover the cost and arrange the label for you.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.
